This allows you to listen to local songs, playlist, watch music videos, following their online content, and book them for local performances or gigs. Moveable Music makes it easy to connect with local bands, DJs, and artists if you are looking for gigs for your local parties, weddings, and events. Artists grow with the support of their community. Moveable believes in investing both time, resources, and care into the local creative community. Moveable Music is a network that provides resources to performers such as paying gigs, useful applications and tools, workshops, and contacts of various recording studios, organizations, grants, and other resources to ensure the success of local artists. We built this network from the most ambitious, professional, and capable artists within the area.

THE COME UP
The Come Up was started by three friends aiming to address the lack of quality mid-size, all age music venues in the San Jose area. The Come Up is a DIY platform for artists to thrive and build the local music scene in San Jose. The Come Up is an open platform eager to collaborate with artists and creatives. They believe that every city needs a movement of creative people willing to put in work, take risks, and gather people around a shared love of art & positivity.
CHULITA VINYL CLUB
Chulita Vinyl Club (CVC) is an all-vinyl, all-genre DJ collective whose members are self-identifying women of color. The CVC was formed to provide a safe space in which its members can embrace their heritage through collecting, sharing, and playing music that is culturally significant to them. Since its founding in 2014 the CVC has grown to seven chapters throughout Texas and California. The CVC seek to shatter gender barriers prevalent in the male-dominated DJ scene.
SAN JOSE JAZZ
Founded in 1986, San Jose Jazz is a public benefit corporation celebrating jazz as a dynamic, evolving art form and is producer of the annual San Jose Jazz Summer Fest and Winter Fest. With its amazing live music programming throughout the year providing educational offerings for youth, San Jose Jazz preserves the jazz tradition while actively supporting the next generation of performers within the genre and beyond.
NEEDLE TO THE GROOVE
Needle To The Groove is a local record store with two locations- a store in Niles in Fremont and downtown San José- with tons of vinyl records, cassettes, music memorabilia and much more. It is not just a record store, but a staple space for local music lovers and artists alike. Needle To The Groove is also a label featuring some of the most unique sonic offerings in The Bay Area.
