Trained in a culinary school in Japan, the owner of this truck wants to show that there’s more to Japanese cuisine than just sushi. Chicken katsu, Japanese-style fried chicken, is the staple of this truck’s menu. Authentic Japanese recipes from the menu feature udon noodles and curry to provide delicious meals outside of the sushi box.
