BARBEQUE MEATS
Beef Brisket: High-quality prime brisket rubbed in our robust Coffee Brisket Rub and smoked 15-18 hours with local white oak wood. (1 lb feeds 2-3 adults)

Pork Ribs: St. Louis Pork Ribs rubbed in our Sweet Piggie Rub, a special blend of sugar and spices then smoked over Applewood for 6 hours. (1 rack normally contains 10-12 ribs depending on the pig and feeds 3-4 people)

Pulled Pork: Pork Shoulder rubbed in our Sweet Piggie Rub, a blend of sugar and spices and smoked over Oak and Applewood for 12 hours and hand-pulled to order. (1 lb feeds 2-3 adults)

Louisiana Hot Links: Award winning SF based Schwarz fine sausages, all Natural beef and pork links smoked and served sliced. (1 lb feeds 2-4 adults)

Grilled Chicken Breasts: Sonoma County raised Organic free-range chicken breasts thinly filleted and herb-rubbed and grilled to perfection. (1 lb feeds 2-4 adults)

Smoked Chicken: Rocky Jr All Natural chickens quartered and rubbed with our chicken-herb spice and smoked over Oak and Applewood; white or dark white available. Half chicken comes with white and dark quarter chickens: leg, thigh, breast and wing.

SIDES
Mac N Cheese: Creamy cheddar cheese and elbow macaroni seasoned with our special blend of spices.

Baked Beans: Navy beans cooked in our signature Sweet BBQ sauce and flavor blasted with our robust Coffee Brisket Rub.

Potato Salad: Russet potatoes, chopped celery and onion, sweet pepper relish, diced red bell peppers, a creamy mayo dressing and a dash of mustard.
