Craft Fairs & Festivals
SJMADE Craft Fairs
Each year, San José Made produces six large craft fairs in the South Bay Area with each featuring between 250 and 400 creative small business vendors and with each drawing on average 25,000 attendees over each event’s weekend duration. These events are designed to bring together our community to celebrate #ShopSmall and #ShopLocal creative culture. As of 2025, these events are:
SJMADE Friend Fest (February)
SJMADE Fest (May/June)
SJMADE Summer Fair (July/August)
SJMADE ILLO Mart (September)
SJMADE Holiday Fair (November)
SJMADE Winter Wonder Market (December)
2026 Downtown San José Activations
Following the success of San Pedro Saturdays in 2025, the San José Downtown Association (SJDA) once again contracted Moveable to create a four-month programming schedule (running from March 2026 through June 2026) to activate various districts of downtown San José. Due to exterior construction on the Market & San Pedro Square Parking Garage, these small to medium-scale events were held in brand new locations: Paseo de San Antonio, Parque de Los Pobladores in SoFA, and Post Street.
With the series designed to bring high levels of foot traffic, vibrancy, and attention to different parts of downtown, the Downtown San José Activations brought back four of the most popular themes from San Pedro Saturdays: San José Cat Day (March), Stationery Depot (April), Spring Bloom (May), and Prismatic Market (June).

San Pedro Saturdays
In late 2024, the San José Downtown Association contracted Moveable to pilot a monthly programming schedule (running from December 2024 through July 2025) on the permanent street closure within downtown’s San Pedro Square. What resulted is San Pedro Saturdays, an activation series designed to bring high levels of foot traffic, vibrancy and attention to this part of downtown and to help reimagine this pedestrian street as an appealing events and gathering space.

Foster City Summer Days
Foster City Summer Days is a vibrant, multi-day outdoor community festival featuring carnival rides, live concerts at the lakeside amphitheatre, 40+ food vendors, beer & wine booths, 90+ artisan craft vendors and activities for all ages, all set against the beautiful waterfront backdrop that is Leo J Ryan Park.
Tully East Festival
In 2024, the newly formed Tully Road Eastridge Business Association (TREBA) hired Moveable to increase awareness for its new brand to its business district constituents and the greater San José area. Moveable worked with a local San José artist to create new brand imagery for the district, which was used to create street banners currently lining the bustling Tully Road corridor. Additionally, Moveable produced the first ever Tully East Festival—a large summer festival featuring local food stalls & food trucks, local retail vendors, a kitten lounge powered by a local cat rescue non-profit and a gathering of local community groups. The event drew over 12K attendees and its success has now led to the planning of 2025's Tully East Night Market series for TREBA.
